Virtual home staging is the process of digitally adding furniture and decor to photos of your home. You send us pictures, and we send back renders with virtual furnishings to enhance your listing’s appeal.
What is the typical duration of a home staging project?
The duration of a home staging project can vary depending on the size and scope of the property. On average, it takes approximately 1 to 3 days to complete the staging process, ensuring your space is market-ready as quickly as possible.
How much does virtual home staging cost?
The cost of virtual staging can vary depending on the number of rooms and the level of customization. Virtual staging is typically more affordable than physical staging.
Do I need to put my stuff in storage?
Usually, home staging incorporates a homeowner’s existing furniture and décor. If there are any items that do need to be removed, however, we recommend storing them in a storage unit or at a friend or family member’s home until you’re ready to move.
